  1. Deliveries will be made at the Company’s risk by a carrier nominated by the Company.

    We do not currently deliver abroad.

  4. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are estimates only. Delivery will normally be within 3–5 working days although often will be within 2 days. Next day delivery (week days only) may be possible if especially requested and the order is received before 10am. 
  5. The courier must obtain a signature for all deliveries. If no one is home a calling card will be left, giving the receiver contact details to arrange delivery at another time.
  6. We would recommend the following:-
    • Use a work address if possible for delivery
    • Give instructions for parcels to be left with neighbours or we can leave the parcel at your risk in a porch, Garage, back door etc without a signature. You must state this in the extra information section and the company will be absolved from any liability for goods left in this manner.
    • If you are sending to another person, please send to their work address if possible and include a contact telephone number for them.
  7. If the Company unreasonably delays in making delivery of the Goods, the Customer shall be obliged to demand in writing the delivery of the Goods.  If the Company does not make delivery of the Goods to the Customer within 21 days of the date when such written demand is received by the Company, the Customer shall be entitled to rescind the Contract or any part of it, or purchase any alternative to the Goods.
  8. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods as arranged, the Customer shall be liable to pay all proper and reasonable storage and re-delivery charges of the Goods and shall reimburse the Company in full in the event that the Company pays such charges on behalf of the Customer.
  9. In the unlikely event of a breakage or damage to the goods please note the delivery ticket accordingly and inform us within 24 hours. Our delivery service will not inform us of breakages or losses. Please quote your order reference at all times. Any damaged or broken bottles will be replaced free of charge.
