Echeverria Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 2005-06 37.5cl - Chile

This Sauvignon is late harvested - left on the vine to ripen until the sugars concentrate to a high level.

It is then cool fermented and the result is a delicious and naturally sweet dessert wine with a clean, fresh fruit character. Delicious with fruit desserts such s Tarte Tatin or Pavlova.
