This Sauvignon is late harvested - left on the vine to ripen until the sugars concentrate to a high level.
Monbazillac is blended from three grape varieties, Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle and is harvested manually.
Rich, honeyed wine with bold Muscat grape character.
